The intimate atmosphere of the late-evening solo concert by Jordi Savall, where he appeared only with his viola da gamba on an otherwise bare stage, has been captured by our photographer. The bareness of the stage seems to have been intended to contrast with the aural richness of the instrument of which he is a master. With a programme aptly entitled ‚Les Voix Humaines‘ Savall thoroughly charmed the audience.

At this year's Prague Spring Festival you will also find an orchestra made of paper!
In the Press Centre of the Prague Spring while the Festival is on you can see an origami orchestra playing at the Prague Spring Festival. It was made by Luděk Šindelář of the Czech Origami Society.
